Happy Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving to all our family and friends. Today is truly a day to be thankful. I know I am thankful for my wonderful family. I think I have the best family there is.

We are celebrating Thanksgiving with the newest member of our family...Jordan. She is 9 months old and celebrating her first Thanksgiving with the Schwab side of the family.

We spent Thanksgiving at Gaga's house. My mom and I cooked everything, and it turned out perfect. The food was great. The best thing though, was that Gaga was able to be there. She was in the hospital, but she was finally well enough to come home. It was great having her there. I couldn't ask for a better Thanksgiving day.

Here are our two adorable children right before bedtime.

Man I love these kids.

Thanksgiving with the Wood Family

We always spend Thanksgiving with Kevin's family the day before Thanksgiving. Which I love because that means we get more time with each family, and more food. I love this time of year. This year is even more special since this is our first Thanksgiving as a family of 4.

We all had a great time. The food was excellent. Jordan Especially loved the pumpkin pie. She could not get enough of it.

It was a great day with great family. I can't wait until next year!!!!

Happy Halloween

Happy Halloween everyone. I hope you all had a fun and safe night. Here are our two babies all dressed up.

Poor Jordan she was sick for her very first Halloween, so we weren't able to take her out as planned, so grandma (W) came by to watch her for us, so Kevin and I could take Nathan out trick or treating. Even though she did not feel good, she did give me some smiles for the camera. Here is our little lady bug.....

After we took some pictures, it was time to head out. We met up with Brandon, Donovan, and Rudy. Here is a picture of the kids.....

They had a great time trick or treating together. They would run to every house, and just scream ;Trick or Treat. It was really adorable. I especially loved seeing Nathan and Brandon hold hands. Afterwards, we went back home and passed out the rest of the candy. Had dinner, and a few treats from the collection, then it was time for bed. Nathan had a lot of fun. I think this year he truly understood what was going on, and what to do. I love it.

Preschools Halloween Party

Today was Nathan's Halloween Party at School. They were allowed to dress up and wear their costume. Nathan was a little nervous to be there in his costume I think.

Jordan also came to check it out. But only stayed for about 10 minutes, until class started.

Before class started they took a group picture of all the kids dressed up in their costumes. They all looked so adorable.

I was one of the volunteers for the party, and I helped the kids make crafts. They got to choose from a witch, a Frankenstein, and a Pumpkin. Most of the kids chose the witch, which was the hardest to make~Lol. I had a lot of fun interacting with the kids. Afterwards they played musical chairs. Nathan didn't quite get the concept and was the second or third kid eliminated. He was not happy. Then while the adults setup snacks the kids went into the room to do some stuff. Nathan was NOT happy he couldn't stay by me. He cried quite a bit. I realized we cannot be there when he is in class. He has to be there alone. The teacher agreed. It does make me sad though. I really wanted to be one of those moms, who helped with everything. Oh well, maybe when he is older. We both did have a good time at the party though, and I was happy I could experience it with him

Jordan's first time at Bronners

Today was Jordan's first trip to Bronners. Lindsay, Nathan, Jordan and I decided to head to Frankenmuth to get our yearly ornaments. It was a nice and fun trip. I think she enjoyed seeing all the colors. Jordan also had a Pretzel for the first time.
